Main Rules and Terms of the Giveaway

1. Definitions

The following key terms are used in these Rules:

1.1. Organizer — Frunze Estate Winery LLC (hereinafter referred to as the “Organizer”).
 1.2. Giveaway — an event organized for advertising purposes and sales promotion, within which winners are determined by random selection.
 1.3. Prize — the reward awarded to the winner.
 1.4. Participant — an individual purchaser who meets all conditions set forth in these Rules and fulfills all mandatory requirements for participation in the Giveaway.
 1.5. Rules — all terms and requirements set forth in this document and approved by the Organizer.
 1.6. Term — the period from December 13, 2025 to January 13, 2026.

2. General Provisions

2.1. The Giveaway is organized by the Organizer.
 2.2. Any person participating in the Giveaway undertakes to comply with these Rules.
 2.3. Only persons who have reached the age of 18 are eligible to participate in the Giveaway.
 2.4. Employees of the Organizer are not eligible to participate in the Giveaway.

3. Giveaway Conditions

3.1. To participate in the Giveaway, the following actions must be completed:
 During the period from December 13 to January 13, purchase Lusarev brand products at any retail outlet located within the territory of the Republic of Armenia, namely: red wine, white wine, rosé wine, reserve wine, Brut champagne, and San Day Pet Nat.

Each participant receives entries into the Giveaway depending on the number of purchased products (bottles), based on the principle: 1 bottle — 1 chance.

  • Complete the Giveaway participation form by providing first and last name, phone number, email address, date of purchase, quantity of purchased products, and the fiscal number of the cash receipt.

3.2. The following prizes will be drawn as part of the Giveaway:
 • A vacation for two persons at Atlantis The Royal Hotel (Dubai) during the period from February 13 to February 15, dedicated to Valentine’s Day, including round-trip airfare, accommodation with breakfast, and airport–hotel–airport transfers.
 • Two (2) travel packages for two persons to Grand Resort Jermuk, including a three-day (2 nights) stay at Grand Resort Jermuk with full board, fresh mountain air, and a comfortable atmosphere for recovery and relaxation.
 • Five (5) Lusarev Wines gift sets.

4. Participation Conditions

4.1. The Participant must retain the cash receipt confirming the purchase, which must clearly display the fiscal code.
 4.2. The results of the Giveaway will be announced on January 14 at 13:00 during a live broadcast on the official Lusarev Wines Facebook page.
 4.3. Winners will be determined randomly using an online program.
 4.4. The winner of the main prize must, within three minutes after the announcement during the live broadcast, send their name and a photograph of the cash receipt to the Lusarev Wines Facebook page, ensuring that the receipt is fully visible, including the fiscal number, for verification of the validity of the win. If the photograph of the receipt is not submitted within the specified time, the Organizer reserves the right to select a new winner from among the registered participants.
 4.5. The names of the winners of the remaining prizes will also be announced during the live broadcast and published on the Lusarev Wines website and social media pages.

5. Additional Provisions

5.1. Prizes are awarded upon presentation of an identity document.
 5.2. Prizes are not exchangeable for cash.
 5.3. The winner consents to photo and video recording, as well as to the use of such materials on the Organizer’s social media pages for advertising purposes.
 5.4. By participating, the Participant consents that personal data obtained during the Giveaway may subsequently be used by the Organizer in other marketing and advertising campaigns and shall not be transferred to third parties, whether individuals or legal entities, except as required by the legislation of the Republic of Armenia.
 5.5. The Organizer reserves the right to make amendments to these Rules at any time prior to the start of the Giveaway.
