DESCRIPTION: for the production of the Pét-Nat wine variety, the grapes are harvested later, when the sugar content of the grapes reaches 19-20%. Fermentation occurs once, during storage, and, thereafter, the wine is poured into bottles. Pét-Nat is considered the first and preliminary method of producing sparkling wine. It was used in the winemaking process before the introduction of second fermentation technology, which is widespread, in particular, in the production of champagne.

Combination with dishes: seafood, citrus salads, fried vegetables, chicken, pickled and spicy dishes (especially Thai, Vietnamese and Indian dishes), as well as berry desserts are perfectly combined with Pét-Nat.
